Job summary

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of work experience involving general housekeeping duties.
• Note: Convictions under Louisiana Child Protection Act (RS 15:587.1) are disqualifying unless pardoned in time for consideration with the application.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic housekeeping duties at the L. Robert Rivarde Juvenile Detention Center.
• Washing, drying, folding, storage and inventory of clothing and linens.
• Care for and store linens and clothes; launder juvenile detention center clothing.
• Record clothing and linen inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
