Superior Auto, Inc. is seeking a Detailer/Lot Attendant in Sidney, OH. You will perform our 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles, keep the lot neat, and ensure the vehicles are clean and ready for customers.

You will assess safety and appearance, assist with repossession activities as needed, and support other dealership tasks. The role may involve outdoor work in varying weather and requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations within the last three years.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsabilités

• Complete our 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Evaluate vehicles for safety, appearance, and maintenance needs and communicate concerns.
• Maintain the dealership lot and vehicle presentation throughout the year.
• Assist the collections team with repossession and field collection activities in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Pitch in and support other dealership activities and team members as needed.
• Help with seasonal lot maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care as needed.
• Maintain detailing supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow Company safety procedures and dealership operating guidelines.

What You’ll Do
