Job summary

Superior Auto, Inc. in Lebanon, Indiana, is seeking a Detailer/Lot Attendant to keep our vehicles clean and well-presented for customers. You will detail retail cars through a 45-step process, maintain the lot’s appearance, and assist with safety and maintenance assessments.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver’s license and basic customer service skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete our 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Evaluate vehicles for safety, appearance, and maintenance needs and communicate concerns.
• Maintain the dealership lot and vehicle presentation throughout the year.
• Assist the collections team with repossession and field collection activities in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Pitch in and support other dealership activities and team members as needed.
• Help with seasonal lot maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care as needed.
• Maintain detailing supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow Company safety procedures and dealership operating guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations within the last three years
