Job summary

Superior Auto, Inc. is seeking a Detailer/Lot Attendant to keep our vehicles clean and our lot looking sharp. You will follow a 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles and ensure readiness for customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of the dealership team.
• Good communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete our 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Evaluate vehicles for safety, appearance, and maintenance needs and communicate concerns.
• Maintain the dealership lot and vehicle presentation throughout the year.
• Assist the collections team with repossession and field collection activities in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Pitch in and support other dealership activities and team members as needed.
• Help with seasonal lot maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care as needed.
• Maintain detailing supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow Company safety procedures and dealership operating guidelines.
