Job summary

Superior Auto, Inc. is seeking a dependable Detailer/Lot Attendant in Marion, OH. You’ll perform a 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles, keeping them clean and presentable for customers and ensuring safety and maintenance needs are addressed.

You’ll help maintain the lot, support other dealership activities, and assist in seasonal maintenance. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license; prior customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Complete our 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Evaluate vehicles for safety, appearance, and maintenance needs and communicate concerns.
• Maintain the dealership lot and vehicle presentation throughout the year.
• Assist the collections team with repossession and field collection activities in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Pitch in and support other dealership activities and team members as needed.
• Help with seasonal lot maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care as needed.
• Maintain detailing supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow Company safety procedures and dealership operating guidelines.
