Job summary

Superior Auto, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a dependable Detailer/Lot Attendant to keep our vehicles clean and presentation-ready. You will follow a 45-step detailing process to prepare cars for customers and help maintain the lot daily.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Evaluate vehicles for safety and appearance and communicate concerns.
• Maintain the dealership lot and vehicle presentation throughout the year.
• Assist the collections team with repossession and field collection activities.
• Support other dealership activities and team members as needed.
• Help with seasonal lot maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care.
• Maintain detailing supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow Company safety procedures and operating guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Complete our 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers

• Pitch in and support other dealership activities and team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations within the last three years
