The role involves a 45-step detailing process and requires attention to detail, reliable communication, and the ability to work independently or with the team in various weather conditions. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations in last 3 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete our 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles.
• Keep vehicles clean and presentable for customers.
• Evaluate vehicles for safety and maintenance needs and communicate concerns.
• Maintain dealership lot and vehicle presentation year-round.
• Assist the collections team with repossession and field activities as needed.
• Support other dealership activities and team members.

Superior Auto, Inc. is a growing regional automotive group with nearly 50 years of experience helping customers get the reliable transportation they need. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Detailer/Lot Attendant to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Complete our 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers
• Evaluate vehicles for safety, appearance, and maintenance needs and communicate concerns
• Maintain the dealership lot and vehicle presentation throughout the year
• Assist the collections team with repossession and field collection activities in accordance with Company guidelines
• Pitch in and support other dealership activities and team members as needed
• Help with seasonal lot maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care as needed
• Maintain detailing supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow Company safety procedures and dealership operating guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of the dealership team
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations within the last three years
