Superior Auto, Inc. in Cambridge, OH is seeking a Detailer/Lot Attendant to keep our vehicles clean, ready for customers, and presented at their best daily.

You will perform a 45-step detailing process, assess safety and appearance, and help maintain the lot year-round. The role supports teammates, adheres to safety guidelines, and may involve outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete our 45-step detailing process on retail vehicles.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Evaluate vehicles for safety and maintenance needs and communicate concerns.
• Maintain the dealership lot and vehicle presentation throughout the year.
• Assist the collections team with repossession and field collection activities per guidelines.
• Pitch in and support other dealership activities and team members as needed.
• Help with seasonal lot maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care as needed.
• Maintain detailing supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow Company safety procedures and dealership operating guidelines.

What You’ll Do
