Job summary

B Street Collision is a family owned auto body shop operating since 1978 with 16 locations. We are seeking a detailer who can wash exteriors, vacuum interiors, and perform final quality checks to deliver a flawless finish.

Join a team-focused culture that values growth and internal promotion, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a requirement to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver's license is needed to drive vehicles between bays and locations.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in a fast-paced shop.
• Washes exterior, vacuums, and cleans interior.

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior of vehicle and vacuum/clean interior.
• Perform final quality checks and take pride in workmanship.
• Assist team and learn new skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Adhere to a consistent Mon-Fri 6:45AM–5:00PM schedule.
• Lift and manage parts and equipment up to 50 pounds.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A DETAILER?

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
• Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
