Job summary

B Street Collision is seeking a Detailer in Lincoln, NE. Join a family-owned, growth-minded shop with OEM parts and a team-based repair process. You will wash exteriors, clean interiors, and perform final quality checks to deliver a high-quality finish.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required. Buffing is a plus but not essential, and you’ll be part of a supportive environment focused on

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and manage car parts over 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for work runs and duties.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior of vehicles and vacuum/clean interior.
• Buffing experience is a plus but not required.
• Complete final quality checks and ensure a high standard of workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support the team.
• Adhere to a consistent Monday–Friday 6:45 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a visible impact to the process.
• Ability to wash exterior of vehicle as well as vacuum and clean interior of vehicle
• Buffing experienced preferred but not required
• Complete final quality checks and take pride in your work to give each customer that "Wow" factor in every vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Assist the team with various tasks and be ready and open to learn new skills
• Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
