Job summary

PepsiCo in Towanda, PA is seeking a part‑time Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain appealing displays across local stores. The role involves lifting up to 40 pounds and requires reliable transportation, weekend/holiday availability, and early morning starts.

You will work roughly 20 hours per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with mileage reimbursement for store visits and starts between 5:00 am – 6:00 am.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift.
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work.
• You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
