Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a weekend merchandiser to stock shelves with Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and other brands at multiple Little Rock area stores. You will drive your own vehicle to assigned locations, check in with store managers, and ensure displays are well stocked and tidy throughout your shift.

The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Mileage is reimbursed while on the clock, and on-the-job training is provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Lifts 15–40 pounds repeatedly with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise local stores with Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and more to keep shelves full.
• Drive to assigned store locations in personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed on clock).
• Check in/out with the manager on duty and rotate stock as needed.
• Set up and dismantle temporary displays; dispose of waste.
• Maintain tidy shelves and ensure products are fresh and presentable.

• Schedule: Fri/Sat/Sun, 12:00pm - 6:00PM

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work

• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Merchandise local stores with Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, and more, keeping shelves full, fresh, and ready for shoppers.

What You’ll Do

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you're on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
