Job summary

Casey Honda is seeking an entry-level Automotive Detailer to join its team. No prior detailing experience is required; training will be provided. You will work in a fast-paced dealer environment and help restore showroom-ready vehicles.

Responsibilities include cleaning, inspecting for defects, detailing and finishing, organizing inventory, and following all safety policies. Flexible schedule Monday–Saturday, with a valid driver's license and being at least 18 years old required.

• Ability to work efficiently and meet time allowances.
• Commitment to safety policies and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Must work a flexible schedule, Mon-Sat, 7:30 am–5:30 pm.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Vehicle reconditioning: clean, wash, and refurbish cars per specs.
• Quality inspection: check for dents, scratches, torn upholstery, report issues.
• Detailing & finishing: fuel vehicles, apply dressings, replace small parts, place window stickers.
• Inventory organization: park and organize finished vehicles in inventory spots.
• Safety first: keep area neat, use protective gear, report safety concerns.

What You Will Do:

• Vehicle Reconditioning: Clean, wash, and refurbish new and used automobiles efficiently, adhering to dealership and manufacturer specifications.
• Quality Inspection: Check vehicles for noticeable defects such as dents, scratches, or torn upholstery, and report issues to your supervisor.
• Detailing & Finishing: Fuel vehicles, apply professional dressings to tires and tire wells, replace missing small parts, and ensure proper window stickers are displayed.
• Inventory Organization: Safely park and organize finished vehicles in designated new or used inventory spots.
• Safety First: Keep your work area neat and clean, utilize proper protective gear, operate tools and vehicles safely, and report safety concerns immediately.

Pay:

Starts at $14.00 per hour flat rate. Full-time hours and weekly paychecks.
