Lithia & Driveway's Crater Lake Ford in Medford, OR is hiring a detailer to prep new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery. You will clean interiors and exteriors to showroom standards and keep our inventory looking pristine.

No prior detailing experience required—we will train the right person. You will inspect vehicles for defects, apply protection products, and perform final quality checks before delivery. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Previous detailing experience preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to showroom standards.
• Wash and clean engines and engine compartments.
• Inspect vehicles for defects and restore upholstery, carpets, and painted surfaces.
• Prepare and apply vehicle protection packages and related appearance products.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to management.
• Conduct final quality inspections and stage vehicles for delivery.
