Job summary

Honda of Ames is seeking an Auto Detailer to perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles to our standards, with adherence to safety guidelines. You will keep cleaning supplies stocked and equipment in good condition, and apply polish and protective coatings as needed.

A valid driver's license, a team mindset, and a commitment to customer service are required. The role is onsite in Ames, IA with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of detailing experience and knowledge of vehicle cleaning best practices.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Team player with a focus on exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors and exteriors of vehicles to company standards.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Apply polishes, waxes and protectants to preserve surfaces.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage; clean engine compartments.
