Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a detail technician to prepare sold RVs for delivery with thorough interior and exterior cleaning. You will review daily schedules, clean all surfaces and compartments, inspect for issues, and communicate with sales and service teams to ensure timely handovers.

Ideal candidates have good attention to detail, physical stamina, and reliability, with Saturdays availability. We offer a positive team culture and opportunities for growth within a long-standing family-owned dealer.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Previous vehicle detailing or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedule to identify RVs needing detailing.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces, floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect for damage or maintenance needs and report to service.
• Ensure compartments and tanks are clean and debris-free.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate status of detailed units with sales and service teams.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.

Job description

We’relooking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure everysold RVis spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily onsold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets ourhigh standardsand provides an excellent first impression to customers. Pay: $15 hourly.

Key Objectives

• Deliverconsistentlyhigh-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs.
• Ensureevery sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule.
• Identifyand report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
