Job summary

Techstyles Sportswear is seeking an experienced Receiving Associate to join our Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will verify and process incoming shipments, maintain accurate inventory, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse receiving or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of receiving procedures and inventory documentation.
• Experience using WMS/ERP systems.
• Ability to count, verify, and reconcile incoming merchandise.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Ensure all merchandise is counted, identified, and recorded in inventory system.
• Identify discrepancies and report shortages, overages, damaged items.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production to resolve discrepancies.
• Enter receiving transactions into the inventory management system.
• Label, organize, and stage received merchandise for storage.
• Maintain receiving records, shipping documents, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack when trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe receiving area.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Prioritize shipments to support production schedules.
• Communicate issues to warehouse leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
