Job summary

Ottenweller Company, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to manage inbound shipments, verify inventory, and seamlessly integrate products into operations.

You will use warehouse management systems and ERP tools to ensure accuracy, while contributing to a fast-paced logistics team. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (AS400), and safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping & receiving roles.
• Knowledge of WMS, inventory software, ERP systems (AS400), and MRP tools.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely: forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, order pickers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments with accuracy.
• Unload trucks safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Document inbound inventory in ERP/MRP systems and data entry.
• Stock items in designated locations for efficient picking/packing.
• Coordinate with shipping/logistics for order fulfillment and trade compliance.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support picking, packing, and order fulfillment including e-commerce.
