Job summary

Deco Marché in Walton, KY is looking for reliable Packers to join our warehouse team. Packers will prepare products for shipment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.

This is a full-time, first-shift role paying $15.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. You will verify products and quantities, inspect items for damage, apply labels and shipping documents, and help keep a clean, safe work area while meeting daily productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
