Job summary

Dahl Automotive in Rhinelander is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to ensure vehicle title and registration paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, in a fast-paced environment. Certified Title Clerks are preferred, but motivated candidates without certification are encouraged to apply; strong data entry and computer skills are essential.

Daily tasks include processing titles, using DealerTrack, confirming fees, and coordinating with F&I, DMV, and banks to complete transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong computer skills and data entry proficiency.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication across departments and with all positions.

Responsibilities

• Process title work on vehicles sales while maintaining state compliance and guest satisfaction.
• Use DealerTrack online system to accurately complete the vehicle registration process as started by F&I.
• Enter title numbers in VMS and file titles alphabetically by stock number.
• Process out-of-state registrations and verify fees.
• Follow up on titling issues with F&I, DMV, banks, and DealerTrack support.
