Job summary

Key duties include ledger maintenance, journal entries, accounts reconciliation, inventory-related invoicing, and tax form assistance. Strong attention to detail and solid knowledge of accounting standards are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and generate monthly journal entries.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and close monthly books.
