Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries including journal entry support.
• Prepare monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts for claims and other expenses funding third party administrative services clients.
• Assist with various audit preparations.
• Maintain fixed asset register including depreciation, additions, disposals, and gains/losses on sale of fixed assets.
• Monthly processing of external commissions and statements.
• Ensure multi state regulatory filings/deadlines are achieved.
• Assist treasury with cashflow forecast schedules.
• Provide financial operations support/backup to CDS division.
• Perform additional tasks and undertake projects to support Senior Accountants.
