Job summary

Omni Charlotte Hotel is seeking a dedicated Associate Housing Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable living areas for our associates. You will perform routine cleaning, light maintenance, and linen coordination while ensuring safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include deep cleaning rooms and common areas, transporting supplies, and reporting damages. The role requires physical stamina, ability to work independently or with a team, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping in a multi-room facility is a plus.
• Flexibility in hours based on housing needs.
• Ability to lift 50 lb.
• Able to stand for the majority of shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleans areas of housing per cleaning schedule.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums corridors and common areas; shampoos carpets when necessary.
• Transports trash and waste from housing.
• Inspects vacant rooms and reports conditions to Manager.
• Deep cleans rooms/bathrooms and prepares rooms for new occupants.
• Coordinates linen supplies with Laundry department.
• Monitors hallways and rooms; replaces light bulbs as needed.
• Reports any room damages to Manager and logs details.
