Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and accounting knowledge or coursework.
• Two years of related payroll experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math.
• Attention to confidentiality and accuracy in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for union and non-union employees accurately and timely.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks and collect required new-hire documentation.
• Enter and maintain employee data in payroll system; handle tax exemptions and benefits.
• Verify time sheets and assist Office Manager with reports.
• Support HR trainings and maintain confidential employee records.
