Responsibilities include checking in drivers, verifying shipment details, coordinating dock assignments, locating materials, and overseeing loading to ensure correct product and quantity.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers and verify shipment details (truck, trailer, and documentation).
• Coordinate dock assignments and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Locate and verify materials against pick tickets.
• Communicate with forklift operators to pull and stage orders.
• Oversee loading to ensure correct product, quantity, and condition.
• Perform final shipment checks and ensure all items are accounted for.
• Complete system entries, scanning, and shipment documentation.
• Report and document any damages or discrepancies for approval.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
