Job summary

Maplewood Senior Living LLC is seeking an HR Benefits & Payroll Specialist at Westport, CT to ensure accurate payroll, benefits enrollment, and HRIS integrity. This role collaborates across HR, Payroll, Accounting, and operations to support associates throughout their employment.

You will administer medical/dental/vision and other benefits, process enrollments and changes, reconcile invoices, support ACA tracking, and maintain UKG HRIS data with attention to confidentiality and service

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or Payroll.
• Experience processing payroll and administering employee benefits.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably UKG Pro (UltiPro) and/or UKG Workforce Management (Kronos).

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration: enrollments, life events, changes, terminations; ACA tracking and reporting.
• Payroll Administration: multi-state, deductions, taxes, accruals, month-end.
• HRIS & Employee Support: maintain UKG records, troubleshoot integrations, respond to inquiries.
