You’ll oversee quality standards, coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk, and contribute to a multi‑million‑dollar renovation that elevates guest experiences.

You’ll be the last person in a room before guests arrive, and your meticulous attention to detail sets the tone for the entire stay.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented professional with pride in guest experiences.
• Ability to work with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Desk.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms using established quality standards before arrival.
• Verify kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas are guest-ready.
• Ensure appliances, HVAC systems, linens, and amenities are stocked and functioning.
• Identify and report maintenance issues immediately.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure rooms are available on time.
• Inspect public areas throughout the resort.
• Help maintain organized storage and supply areas.
