Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Assist guests with hotel amenities and services to improve satisfaction and opportunities.
• Teamwork: Help with laundry duties and report maintenance needs via orders.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property procedures and ensure guest and property security.
• Other duties as assigned.
