• Exceed Cleaning Standards: routine guest room preps and cleanings with minute per room labor standards, plus public area upkeep.
• Guest Relations: offer hotel amenities, products, and services to meet guest needs and drive revenue.
• Teamwork: assist with laundry duties and communicate maintenance needs to management.
• Emergency Procedures: know and follow property emergency procedures to ensure guest and property security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
