T.C. Harris School & Academy, a MyPath Company, is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe environments for students, staff, and visitors. This part-time role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

You'll join a caring team across classrooms, offices, and living areas, following infection control guidelines and safety procedures. We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to dignity and well-being for those we serve.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License required.
• Ability to pass and maintain all required background checks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to implement approved de-escalation and physical intervention techniques once trained.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, standing, and managing student behaviors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, living units, and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, and disinfect floors and high-touch surfaces.
• Complete student laundry following established procedures.
• Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and housekeeping team members.
• Maintain dependable attendance and participate in weekend rotations as scheduled.
