Job summary

Fern Park Developmental Center is seeking a dependable housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas, with emphasis on infection control and safety.

Hours are 7am-3:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday. High school diploma preferred; prior housekeeping experience desirable. Equal opportunity employer with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or environmental services is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain floors.
• Dust furniture, windowsills, blinds, vents and frames.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers and fixtures daily.
