Candidates should have 2+ years in construction/real estate, strong communication, and the physical ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs. A valid driver's license is required and travel to inspection sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction, real estate, or home repair experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Physically fit for climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and crawling into confined spaces.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to home inspection site.
• Suggest possible improvements, maintenance issues and defects.
• Review home with client with a thorough walk through.
• Inspect plumbing and electrical for violations.
• Keep daily logs, write up reports and take photographs and videos.
