HouseMaster Home Inspections seeks reliable inspectors to perform thorough home inspections, assess plumbing and electrical systems for code compliance, and deliver detailed reports. Candidates should have construction experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in varied conditions.

Travel to sites is required; training and certification are provided. A valid driver's license and physical stamina are essential for this role in a fast-paced, nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of building codes, laws and government regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Physically fit for climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing crawl spaces and attics, and standing for long periods of time.

Position Summary

A growing national company is seeking individuals to join a team of professional home inspectors. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable, and presentable, and follows our standard process to complete an accurate, thorough quality home inspection and detailed report.

Role And Responsibilities

The inspector is required to have a basic knowledge of residential home systems and elements and is expected to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time. Solid computer technology skills are necessary for report writing and communications.

The ideal candidate stays current on latest company initiatives, policies, and procedures, while continually developing advanced technical knowledge in building science. Punctuality, the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic are also required. Salary based on experience and qualifications.
