Logan Services is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to support our day-to-day financial operations. You will review invoices, purchase orders, and vendor transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across departments from Accounting to Operations.

The role emphasizes maintaining GL coding, posting to Sage Intacct, and handling refunds, rebates, and vendor communications. A collaborative, process-improvement mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years in Accounts Payable, Receiving, or related accounting roles.
• Knowledge of GL coding principles.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ensure proper authorization and processing of invoices across departments.
• Receive inventory into CRM with accurate documentation and posting.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between receipts and invoices.
• Maintain GL coding accuracy and communicate necessary corrections.
