Shamrock Cleaners in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a skilled Dry Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will operate and maintain dry cleaning machines, inspect garments for stains and care labels, and apply effective stain removal techniques to various fabrics.

You will sort, tag, and track garments, press and finish outfits to a high standard, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery. A clean, safe work environment and strong teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dry cleaning or garment care preferred.
• Familiarity with dry cleaning solvents and spotting chemicals.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dry cleaning machines, pressing equipment, and finishing tools.
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, and care instructions prior to cleaning.
• Apply spotting and stain removal techniques to diverse fabrics.
• Sort, tag, and track garments to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Press, steam, and finish cleaned garments to a professional standard.
• Package and prepare completed orders for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per safety standards.
