Job summary

Shamrock Cleaners in Tallahassee seeks a friendly Lead Customer Service Associate to guide a dynamic team and ensure top-tier service at the counter and on the floor.

You will input customer data into the POS system, process orders, train staff, stock and maintain store appearance, and uphold safety standards while delivering a positive customer experience with upward mobility opportunities. Previous retail experience and a detail-oriented mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service. Detail oriented.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while we are servicing them.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Supervise and develop customer service team
• Handle customer relations
