Qualifications

• Ability to perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface sanitizing.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning products, equipment use, and safe handling practices, including proper chemical use and storage.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Reliable transportation to the Raleigh, NC worksite and ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Good communication skills to interact courteously with clients and team members, and to understand cleaning instructions and expectations.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry cleaning equipment and supplies throughout the workday.
• Prior professional cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow training is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; background checks may be conducted in line with applicable laws and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchens and bathrooms; remove trash; restock cleaning supplies and materials.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines; use appropriate products and equipment.
