Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building cleaning and maintenance at one location in Raleigh, NC. The role requires high organization, reliability, and the ability to manage daily cleaning routines with a set timetable.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor maintenance, and safety compliance. Candidates must be 18+ and able to pass background checks; shifts include evening and various parts of the day, with pay $13.50–$15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize surfaces and restrooms.
• Floor Maintenance: strip, wax, buff floors and shampoo carpets.
• Specialized Cleaning: follow protocols for sensitive areas and operate cleaning equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: follow trainings and report maintenance needs.
