ECOBRITE SERVICES LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to support building services in Raleigh, NC. The role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to manage a cleaning schedule with management cooperation.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor maintenance, and specialized cleaning with attention to safety and compliance. Full-time or part-time shifts available; 18+ with background check eligibility may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty waste receptacles; sanitize surfaces; dust furniture and fixtures; clean windows and restrooms; refill supplies.
• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, and buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains.
• Specialized Cleaning: Follow cleaning protocols for sensitive areas; sanitize high-touch surfaces; use appropriate cleaning agents; operate floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines; complete trainings; report maintenance needs; comply with security and confidentiality policies.
