Responsibilities

• Review claim forms, medical records, and other claim-related documents for required information.
• Enter new claim information into the claims management system and maintain accurate existing claim files.
• Prepare letters, forms, and other correspondence on behalf of claims adjusters.
• Scan, organize, and route incoming claim documents and daily mail.
• Process authorized claim-related expenses and payments.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and supporting documentation.
• Handle incoming calls and place outgoing calls as needed to support claim activity.
• Assist claims adjusters and other team members with administrative and clerical support.
• Monitor assigned work for accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
• Help identify missing information or documentation and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Perform additional administrative and claims support duties as assigned.
