• Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Prepare detailed material and labor estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for cabinetry, millwork, countertops, and related products.
• Analyze project specifications and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate pricing and proposals.
• Obtain pricing from vendors and suppliers when necessary.
• Work closely with sales, project management, purchasing, production, and customers.
• Track project changes and update estimates as needed.
• Assist with bid preparation and submission.
• Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
• Help identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy and profitability.
