Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger transactions.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and record journal entries as needed.
• Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and collections efforts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Generate financial reports and provide supporting documentation for management.
• Maintain organized accounting files and ensure data accuracy.
