Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group in Wisconsin is seeking an Accounts Payable & Title Clerk to join our accounting team. You will process vendor invoices, maintain records, and handle vehicle title and registration paperwork in compliance with laws.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership. High school diploma required; associate degree a plus. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field a plus.
• Automotive dealership accounting and title processing a plus.
• Knowledge of vehicle title laws, registration procedures, and lien processing a plus, will train the right person.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices for payment and verify against purchase orders.
• Match invoices with documentation and reconcile vendor statements.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and files.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and timely.
• Submit title applications to state agencies.
