Ewald Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support the daily operations of the accounting department. This position is responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with accounts payable functions.

Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Accounting Clerk will own the job duties listed below, including entering invoices and verifying deposits.

Qualifications

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or office administrative experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process and enter invoices, receipts, and financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Process dealership deposits and verify cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Various other accounting functions.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
