Harper Auto Wash is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our growing team in Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on daily financial operations, including data entry, research of transactions, reporting, and reconciliation to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.

This full-time position offers benefits and a $19/hour pay rate. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, good communication, and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related role.
• Proficient data entry, accounting software, and Excel.
• Familiarity with AP, AR, and reconciliation processes.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
