The Accounting Specialist will assist in special projects and play a key role in maintaining financial records and compliance, ensuring accurate reporting and timely monthly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related role.
• Strong proficiency in data entry, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, including data entry, transaction research, reporting, and reconciliation tasks. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to assist in various financial processes to ensure seamless accounting functions within Harper Auto Wash. The Accounting Specialist also assists in special projects and plays a key role in maintaining financial records and compliance. The position is full time paying $19 per hour + benefits.
