Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounting, experience with general ledger reconciliation, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus. Join a company that values accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Process daily deposits and customer payments.
• Run monthly customer statements.
• Process credit card applications and deposits.
• Cross-train with Accounts Payable.
• Research and resolve A/R discrepancies.
• Assist CFO and Office Manager with accounting tasks.
