Job summary

You will work under the Director of Finance and collaborate with internal departments, using Excel and ERP software like QuickBooks or Encore.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of accounting/Accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match PO, receiving documents, and invoices for payment approval.
• Prepare and process vendor payments via checks, ACH, and cards.
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements.
• Post routine journal entries to the general ledger.
• Provide professional service to vendors and internal departments.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
