The role also includes clerical tasks and assisting with financial records, reporting, and internal communication. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable; invoicing.
• Review invoices, expense reports, timesheets, and payroll for accuracy.
• Process payments to vendors and staff and maintain records.
• Run reports and respond to staff questions; communicate with supervisor and owners.
