Formación

• Must enjoy detailed, routine accounting work and maintain accuracy.
• Experience with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily cash receipts, credit memos, manual invoices, and other accounts receivable transactions.
• Monitor past‑due invoices and assist with collections through professional customer communication.
• Review customer accounts, establish credit limits, and help minimize bad debt exposure.
• Prepare and maintain financial transaction records, ensuring information is entered accurately and timely.
• Generate customer invoices, process intercompany billings, and send monthly statements.
• Assist with credit card reconciliations, audit requests, reporting, and general accounting support activities.
